  2.                               HSLINK 1.0 Registration
  3.  
  4.      This program is not free!  You are allowed to use this program for a
  5.      trial period of 30 days free of charge.  If, after 30 days, you decide
  6.      that you would like to continue using HSLINK, you must complete the
  7.      following form and return it to the author with the required
  8.      registration fee enclosed.
  9.  
  10.      Each HSLINK registration is valid for use on a single CPU or on a
  11.      single BBS system (multi-node systems require only a single
  12.      registration).
  13.  
  14.      Registration also enables a bar-graphic display of file transfer
  15.      status, an estimation of remaining time to transfer each file, and
  16.      a calculation of combined thruput during bidirectional transfers.
  17.  
  18.      The basic HSLINK registration cost is $20 US, which includes a
  19.      registration certificate showing a Serial Number and Password.
  20.      (The special introductory registration fee of $15 expires 1-feb-92.)
  21.  
  22.      For $30 US, a 5.25 disk containing the latest release of HSLINK, along
  23.      with a registration certificate can be obtained.
  24.  
  25.      Add $2 each for 3.5" disks instead of 5.25" disks.
  26.  
  27.      Printed and bound operation manuals cost $15 each.
  28.  
  29.      You can also register HS/Link with an Authorized HS/Link Distributor.
  30.      Please refer to DISTRIB.DOC for a distributor near you.

  33.                   QUANTITY AND CORPORATE LICENSES

  35.      You may license multiple copies of HSLINK with discounts as follows:

  37.                        1 -  10 copies     no discount
  38.                       11 -  20 copies    10% discount
  39.                       21 -  50 copies    15% discount
  40.                       51 - 100 copies    20% discount
  41.                      101 - 200 copies    30% discount
  42.                      200+      copies    40% discount

  44.      All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.
  45.      Discounts apply only to individual orders, they are not cumulative.

  48.                   LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SHAREWARE DISTRIBUTORS

  50.      Shareware distributors may distribute this program as long as the
  51.      Author has been notified prior to ANY distribution.  The "per disk"
  52.      charge may not exceed $10 and the shareware distributor will not
  53.      change the above license agreement for the end user of HSLINK.  End
  54.      users are still required to register each shareware copy of HSLINK.
